i'VE NEVER DONE vixen before what class do you recommend?
All of our classes our perfectly suited for all levels. It takes about 3 classes to start feeling comfortable with our moves. We always recommend our VIXEN101 on Saturday mornings for our new Vixens. VIXEN101 is a great breakdown of our basics and new clients can attend their first VIXEN 101 for free. We also have a Sunday morning Beginner class that includes a playlist of our routines that are more repetitive and easier to follow along in order to get your feet wet before jumping in to our regular classes.
what should I wear/bring to class?
We encourage you to wear your hair down, your favorite lipstick, and an outfit that makes you feel like you're rehearsing for your own concert. Wait...did they just say hair down and makeup to workout?! YUP! We want you to get into character, and by "character" we mean tapping into your inner Rihanna, Beyonce, or J-Lo.If you haven't had a chance to score some of our signature merchandise, then we recommend black leggings and a comfortable tank or muscle tee. Feel free to wrap a flannel around your waist for extra movement on those Thigh Shakes. For footwear, we recommend wearing athletic sneakers but if you're feeling a little bold try some athletic sneaker wedges. Lastly, a towel and water is always a great idea though water and beverages are available for sale.

what should i expect once i arrive?
We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. If it’s your first class, you'll be greeted by a client advocate who will give you a tour and introduce you to your instructor. Once you enter the stage remember to warm up, stretch, take a few deep breaths, and do whatever you gotta do to get in your Vixen zone and ready for showtime. After class photos and selfies are a must… remember to hashtag #VIXENARMY
how do I sign-up for classes?
For your first class, you should sign up through our website. If you want us to manually sign you up, feel free to call us at 786-334-6802. After you sign up for an account on Mindbody, you can download our app and book your classes through there.
To sign up for a class, you must:
1. Create an account on Mindbody Online.
2. Purchase a credit or package
3. Sign up for your class time of choice
To ensure you've completed all of the above, please make sure you receive THREE emails the first time you sign up:
1. A welcome email
2. A purchase receipt
3. A class confirmation email
If you do not see an option to sign up for your class of choice, it is because the class is sold out with a full wait list. And if you didn't receive any of the above emails, make sure you're opted in for email notifications in your account settings.Sign-ups are open for as long as we have the schedule posted, but note the instructor is more liable to change the farther out the schedule. We accept walk-ins, pending availability. Your best bet is to sign up in advance or email/call us with any questions.
how many calories should i expect to burn?
You can expect to burn anywhere from 400-1000 calories
What if i'm pregnant?
Yes with a doctor’s approval. We have many of our women, even Master instructors, do the Vixen Workout right up until they give birth. We believe as women, labor and becoming a mom require a significant amount of power, endurance and energy. Therefore, by continuing to stay active, you can better prepare your mind and body for what’s to come.
Is Vixen for me? But I have two left feet…
Beyonce did not wake up Flawless....JK maybe she did but Vixen is for anyone who puts their mind to it. Our age range varies from 18 all the way to 60. As long as you have a love to move, you will fit right in.
