VIXEN WORKOUT While rappin’ to Rick Ross, vocalizing alongside Bey, and serving your best J-LO face, you can expect to burn anywhere from 400-1000 calories by working (ahem, or werking) multiple muscle groups with our combination of Aerobic & Anaerobic exercises as well as Intense Interval training. All of this of course with killer choreography, uh-mazing music remixes, and dramatic stage lighting, so you finally live out your Pop Star dreams.
VIXEN101 is great for new Vixens, but veterans can also benefit from getting down to basics. This class familiarizes you with our poses, basic moves and combinations. You’ll learn how to “Go Around the World” by “Ridin’ Around & Gettin it” and taking a break with a “Milkshake”. You’ll also bring the “Boys to the Yard” but don’t get shy when you get that “Booty Call” once you perfect all the Vixen moves. After attending VIXEN101, you’ll feel better prepared to “Drop That Thun Thun” at your next Vixen Workout...or office party (we take no responsibility for office layoffs).
MASTER CLASS During this 2-hour workshop, a Vixen Workout Master Trainer will breakdown our technique, review correct positioning and execution, plus explain the different styles involved in our classes. Additionally, you will go over choreography currently on rotation and be the first to learn our newest routine. After taking this class you’ll notice a more heightened experience and increased calorie burn during your future performances at Vixen Workout…basically, you’ll be slaying life.

PRIVATE TRAINING Our private training program is the best way to fast-track you towards your goals. You’ll feel like you’re training for your own residency in Las Vegas. We recommend incorporating privates with our group classes so you can achieve incredible results. Learn how to modify exercises, recover from injuries safely, and perfect our Vixen Workout routines with our passionate Master Trainers by your side. The sessions are 60 minutes long, however we are more than happy to schedule longer timeframes to accommodate your goals.
